I told my kids I ate all their Halloween candy

Because it was fun and it made me laugh out loud.

It's funny because a friend and I had a conversation about something similar some week ago where planning on bringing a sofa outside someone's livingroom window, look up the TV-guide and come and watch the films we wouldn't be able to see at home. Hehe, I know, it wasn't a very serious conversation, but honestly though, it would be fun, wouldn't it?

Life philosophy

I wish I lived in the realm of Harry Potter!

Harry Potter (Dubstep Remix) - Terabyte Frenzy

Love the beginning (1st minute) of the dubstep version

I am your father!

Just spent about an hour and a half speaking to a dear friend of mine on the phone, and earlier today I spoke to another dear friend of mine for about an hour. My phone is exhausted - and warm!
I should've studied, but what the heck - I love my friends! :D

Happy Valentine's Day!

Facebook is lovely, the things you can share there. Well, this time, one of my friends had posted this on their wall. I thought it was pretty funny and quite appropriate for today. It's the Mexican Metro writing about pickup-lines from different countries. What I liked was that both of "my" countries were mentioned; Sweden and Chile. As it's in Spanish I thought I'd translate what I consider the two best ones to English, just for the heck of it;

Sweden - Hello bisquit, here you are crumbling. (Does this even make sense?)
Sweden - May I? Or should we dance first?
Chile - Sweetheart, so many curves, and I, without brakes.

What do you think? Do "my" countries cut it when it comes to cheezy lines?

Writing this, I realised how difficult it can be to translate at times by the way. Kudos to the subtitlers (not all of course!)

Do it like a dude

Do It Like A Dude - Jessie J

Haha, just came across this video on a class mates' facebook profile, made me laugh so hard! This post is directed mainly towards one person, who will probably know who she is, which is also the reason to why I laughed so hard. For the rest of you; enjoy!

Sneezing (bread) unrest!

Well, I am currently supposedly studying, but given my own mental and physical tiredness it's not really going as efficiently as desired. I am pondering on whether or not I should give the cockney speaking a try.
(which I for your information am required to know fluently for English class tomorrow - funny those teachers of ours, don't you think?)

My plan is however to create a swell list of words used in the London Cockney-hoods and then just swing my accent as well as I can. Either that, or I'll just repeat the phrase "I'd loike sum waw'ah me daw'ah" which I am proud to say I can now manage in the accent. Wish me good luck!
